Invoices & Receipts

Paid invoices are available in the dashboard as PDFs, exportable as CSV, and emailed as receipts. This is the field-by-field reference.

Actions

What you can do with it

Download a PDF
Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF for your records or your finance team.
Export the list
The invoice list can be exported as CSV when you need to reconcile several periods at once.
Receive a receipt by email
A receipt is emailed when an invoice is paid, with the PDF attached.
Open the hosted invoice
Paid and outstanding invoices also have a hosted URL for viewing or settling payment.
Manage payment details
Payment methods and subscription details are managed through the billing portal from the dashboard.
Tax

Tax details on documents

Your billing profile holds the business name, address, and tax identifier that appear on invoices. Add these before your first paid invoice if your finance team requires them, because they are rendered from the profile at the time the document is produced.
